How much will delivery cost?

We deliver to the countries listed below using a Standard delivery service.

Please note: weekends and public holidays are not considered working days


When will my order be despatched?

All orders placed before 9.30am (Mon-Fri) will be despatched the same day. Any orders placed after these cut-off times will be despatched the following working day. A despatch confirmation will be emailed to you, which will include an estimated delivery date and tracking links (for most carriers).

 

Who will deliver my order?

We use a range of carriers to deliver your order, which is determined by delivery address location and delivery method you select at checkout.

 

Will I know when my delivery is due?

Yes, most carriers will notify you via email and/or SMS prior to delivery with a specific date and time. You will also be able to track yourself via the link provided in your despatch email.

If we are delivering your parcel to a Pickup Parcelshop, you receive notification by email and/or SMS.

If you have redirected your parcel or if we have not located you at home, we inform you about the options for pickup on the parcel notification card which is placed in your letterbox. If no day is indicated, your parcel will be available for collection immediately.

 

Will I need to be at home when my order is delivered?

Yes, a signature is required for all deliveries. We do not allow parcels to be left in a safe place.

 

What if I'm not in when my carrier attempts to deliver my order?

If you are not at home when we delivery your parcel you will be notifified so you can arrange 2nd delivery or collection at the depot.

Goods are typically held by carriers for 5 working days before being returned to our warehouse. You will then need to contact us with further instructions. If you require us to dispatch the goods once more, an additional charge may apply.

 

What if my item arrives damaged?

If your parcel is damaged upon arrival, then please contact us as soon as possible.

 

What happens if my order is not delivered within the promised time frame?

If, for whatever reason, you do not receive your order within the given time frame, we will refund any postage costs you incurred at the point of order.
